MSF Innovation

Every year MSF provides medical care to many thousands of people in crisis situations around the world. Offering high-quality, evidence-based treatment in challenging, low-resource settings means that innovation is in our life blood.

Unconventional settings often require unconventional approaches, whether that’s developing new technologies and adapting existing ones, or finding new and better ways of working. This blog gives our teams a chance to reflect on what’s worked and what hasn’t, with the goal of saving lives and reducing suffering. It brings together the personal experiences of staff from across MSF, as they attempt to solve some of the toughest problems faced by our medical teams in the field.
