The landlocked nation of Swaziland is bordered by South Africa to the west and Mozambique to the east. The country has been battling the duel epidemic of HIV and tuberculosis (TB).

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) first worked in Swaziland in 2007. Our projects have focused on improving diagnostics and treatment for HIV and TB, including drug-resistant TB, which does not respond to the most common treatments.
