While its past is marked by Pol Pot’s brutal Khmer Rouge regime of the 1970s, Cambodia has enjoyed relative stability in more recent years.

Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders (MSF) first worked in Cambodia in 1979. Our work there has focussed on treating endemic diseases including tuberculosis, malaria and hepatitis C.
