WORK WITH US
I’m a general practicioner/ family doctor from Italy, registered to practice in Italy and New Zealand. Currently I'm on assignment in a gender-based violence clinic in Port au Prince, Haiti.
While I'm very fond of my country (the beauty, cuisine and wholehearted people), I accidentally fell in love with the South Pacific lifestyle and culture.
As a primary care enthusiast, I strongly believe in universal coverage: access to quality essential healthcare services and access to safe, effective, quality and affordable essential medicines and vaccines for all.
I also consider myself a women’s and human rights activist. I am member of a European working group of primary care doctors. who tackle health inequalities (Vasco da Gama Movement – Equally Different group).
I also write for the Street Harassment Blog to dismantle conventional stereotypes and gender roles.
When I’m not working I enjoy making and eating pizza, travelling and tweetting @rgn_sr.
