Natasha has worked for MSF for 10 years as an editor, writer and field communications manager, most recently on Ocean Viking, MSF’s search and rescue ship in the central Mediterranean. Previously she worked in the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh, reported on the siege of east Aleppo, worked in Sierra Leone during the West African Ebola epidemic, helped advocate for treatment for patients with complicated forms of tuberculosis in Uganda, and reported from Dadaab, the sprawling refugee camp on the Kenya-Somalia border.
