I’m a nurse from the Czech Republic. I’ve worked with MSF since 2015, when I worked in Tanzania in the Nyarugusu refugee camp during a cholera outbreak.
I then spent three months posted to war-stricken Yemen. I worked there in the Ibb, the most densely populated region in the country.
I have also spent time working at a hospital in Mosul, Iraq, and in northeast Syria.
I recently returned from an assignment with MSF in northern Nigeria, working at Gwange children's hospital.
When I’m not on assignment with MSF, I work in anaesthesiology and resuscitation at the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital in Prague, Czech Republic.
