Vlog 3: Fighting TB in the streets of Nairobi

Dr Mark Sherlock shares his latest video diary from the Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) TB treatment team in Kenya.

"They're slowly, slowly breaking down the stigma of TB, so hopefully more and more people will come and get tested."

Mark spends a day with the health promotion team, who, along with volunteers from the local community, are working to raise awareness of tuberculosis (TB) in Nairobi. Worldwide, TB now causes more deaths than HIV, so encouraging early diagnosis is a key part of the fight against this deadly disease.
