Kyle McNally is a Regional Advocacy Manager for MSF, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, covering Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. His work focuses on advocacy and communications related to more patient-centred models of care for tuberculosis and HIV projects in both countries. He has a PhD in Government and International Affairs from Durham University, UK, and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics, UK. Previously, Kyle has worked on various global governance initiatives and as a Congressional Aide in the US House of Representatives.
