Gwladys is a mental health specialist from the Central African Republic (CAR), currently working at MSF's Tongolo project.
She trained to be a psychologist (including clinical health) at the University of Bangui, and has worked for several NGOs in CAR. Gwladys has experience in treating survivors of sexual and gender-based violence and caring for malnourished children and their mothers. She has also supported patients diagnosed with diseases that generate stigma, such as tuberculosis and HIV.
Gwladys says she feels very motivated to help alleviate the suffering of Central African's who are in distress after sexual assault.
