All the children around here are afraid of me. They feel that they will get my sickness. After people get to know I have TB, they go away. I know my sickness is very painful so I take care not to go near people. I am afraid and ashamed.

Here where I live at my aunt’s house, my aunt’s daughter–in law detests me. She does not come near me. She does not even like to give me food directly on a plate. She asks me to keep my plate in my room. I feel bad sometimes.
