Biography: Sandy Althomsons

Sandy Althomsons is the Epidemiologist for the Nukus multi-drug resistent tuberculosis, Directly Observed Therapy Short-course (MDR-TB DOTS Plus) project in Uzbekistan. She is from the United States, and works at the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta when not in the field with MSF. This is her second mission with MSF.
