Reem Bouarrouj is a general doctor born and raised in Tunis, Tunisia. She received her medical degree from the Faculty of Medecine in Tunis where she also earned a Masters in Epidemiology, Clinical Research and Statistics.
Being a doctor and working with MSF was a childhood dream for Reem. In 2015, she took part in her first MSF assignment on board Aquarius, a search and rescue ship on the Mediterranean Sea. She’s now working with MSF in Walikale, Democtratic Republic of Congo.
She enjoys reading, travelling, meeting new people and cultures.
