I’m a nurse from the Czech Republic. I’ve worked with Doctors Without Borders since 2015 when I worked in Tanzania in the Nyarugusu refugee camp during a cholera outbreak.

I then spent three months posted to war-stricken Yemen. I worked there in the Ibb, the most densely populated region in the country.

I spent my third assignment at a hospital in Mosul, Iraq.

My most recent mission led me to northeastern Syria.

When I’m not on assignment with MSF I work in Anaesthesiology and Resuscitation at the Královské Vinohrady University Hospital in Prague, Czech Republic.
